THLA Lone Star Customer Service: Train the Trainer

This free session prepares high school and middle school educators to deliver the THLA Lone Star Customer Service Training, a five-part program designed to elevate the guest experience through professionalism, cultural awareness, and authentic Texas hospitality. Participants will explore the five training sessions—Be Memorable, Communication Excellence, Serving With Awareness and Respect, Mastering Southern Hospitality, and Turning Setbacks Into Success—and receive practical strategies and resources to confidently implement the training in their classrooms. Once training has been delivered to students, the students will complete an online test. Students scoring an 80% or better will receive a Lone Star Customer Service Certificate.
